Good news for all athletes and sports fans! Starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, free ticket sales for the Olympic Games (Feb. 6-22, 2026) are open and will continue for the Paralympic Games sessions (March 6-15, 2026).
Until May 6, 2025, the “Early Bird” promotion will also be active , whereby tickets can be purchased at reduced prices for certain sessions. A great opportunity to secure the best seats well in advance.
CORTINA: HEART OF THE GAMES
During the Olympics, Cortina d’Ampezzo will host some of the most spectacular and crowd-pleasing competitions:
- women’s alpine skiing on the legendary Olympia slope in the Tofane Mountains,
- curling tournaments,
- the bobsled, skeleton and luge races.
The Paralympic Games will also see Cortina take center stage:
- With alpine ski races,
- snowboarding,
- wheelchair curling,
as well as hosting the Closing Ceremony on March 15, 2026, at the Cortina Curling Olympic Stadium.
TICKETS AND HOW TO PURCHASE
Tickets will be digital only, with up to 25 coupons available per user. All tickets will be strictly named: at the time of purchase, it will be necessary to enter the name of the beneficiary, which can be changed free of charge from December 2025 via the official Milan Cortina 2026 app.
Children up to 3 years old (completed on the date of the sports session) will be granted free admission, provided they are held by the accompanying adult.
Please note that the purchase of tickets and hospitality packages must be made exclusively through the official portal: tickets.milanocortina2026.org
Any purchase made outside official channels carries the risk of receiving invalid tickets or subject to cancellation by the Organizing Committee.
DATA AND FORECASTS
During the first phases of sales, launched under the “One Year to Go” program, more than 660,000 tickets have already been sold, with a great response from both Italy and countries such as Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France and Canada. The age groups most active in purchasing are those between 25 and 34 (over 30 percent) and between 35 and 44 (about 25 percent).
