From Feb. 4 to Feb. 22 and from March 3 to March 15, 2026, during the days and time slots of ZTL activation, access was allowed only to vehicles with Auto Territori Passes.

During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, extraordinary ZTLs were activated (at this LINK the days and bands of ZTL activation for Olympics and Paralympics). Access to Cortina was allowed only to vehicles with the appropriate badge: the “Pass Auto Territori”, to be displayed on the windshield according to the instructions provided.

This system ensured circulation to all eligible persons: residents, second-home owners, commuting workers, commercial and manufacturing activities, hospitality facilities and their guests, delivery or logistics services, and other authorized categories.

Important: Extraordinary LTZs only regulated access, not exit. So it was always possible to exit freely.

Car Pass Application/Management

From here it was possible to consult maps, territories and time slots of activation of the Olympic and Paralympic LTZs and check whether one’s address fell within the affected areas.

Important Update (Pass Release)

As of January 31, 2026, multi-day Auto Passes were no longer distributed by MICO26. As of February 1, 2026, only temporary Auto Passes were available.
For any previously applied for/validated passes, it was necessary to follow the guidance received during approval and dedicated service channels.

Temporary passes (daily)

Intended for those who needed occasional access (guests, deliveries, occasional suppliers and other categories). Collection was available at “Pass Distribution Points” (points outside Cortina) active on the dates1-22 February 2026 and 3-15 March 2026, with the following times:
– South: Old Customs House (07.00-22.00)
– North: Toblach (07.00-22.00)
– West: Pocol (07.00-17.00)
– East: Three Crosses (07.00-17.00)

Without Pass

Vehicles without Auto Passes were only allowed to pass through the gates during the times when the Olympic and Paralympic ZTLs were not active. Exiting the ZTL was always possible even without a Pass.
